Ticket Graphs

Vulnerabilities can be turned into tickets assigned to responsible parties when they are defined in NormShield either as normal users or added through Active Directory.

The following graph shows the list of oldest tickets (assigned vulnerabilities) against the number of days they are open colored by vulnerability severities.

Tickets can be transferred from one user to another since the responsibilities might change or tickets might be misassigned. Therefore the next graph shows the list of oldest tickets (assigned vulnerabilities) since the last transfer against the number of days they are open colored by vulnerability severities.

The following two graphs try to answer "Who has the most tickets assigned waiting?" and "Who has the overall riskiest tickets assigned waiting?"

The "Riskiest Ticket Owner Distribution" chart shows the distribution of ticket owners according to total NormShield Risk Score of vulnerabilities that are assigned to them.
